During COVID-19 pandemic, Medicare has not adjusted Home Health Reimbursement rates. Instead, the focus was on providing safe patient care.
Medicare has proposed a massive 4.2% reduction in payments beginning on 1/1/2023. After reviewing the cost report data, Medicare has adjusted all 432 HIPPS Rates and adjusted the LUPA threshold amounts.
