This seminar will provide you with all the necessary tools to create a constant state of readiness at your agency. We will discuss the ultimate step-by-step approach to navigating the Joint Commission Standards, CMS Guidelines and Deemed Status survey process. You will learn how to develop a survey preparation binder, which will provide you with all the information needed to present to your surveyor upon arrival, setting the tone for a stress-free and a successful survey experience. Through the detailed approach, you will be able to identify potential deficiencies prior to the surveyor finding them, develop a plan of corrections, and bring your agency up to compliance prior to your survey. You will be presented with proven strategies and examples used during the most recent surveys as well as new survey protocols taking effect January 1, 2017.
